Morphological Characters

Body: Medium to large, wedging slightly to the front; males are heavier than females.

Head: Fine

Body Coat: Brown goat with colour shadings that ranges between light brown to dark brown. It has a smooth short hair coat that is very well pigmented.

Skin: Suppled with folds (especially in bucks)

Ears: Lobbed

Horns: Round, bent backwards and a loose

Reproductive parameters

Age at first breeding: 6 months

Morphometeric characters

Body weight: Adult 75 kg, male: kg, Adult female: kg

Remarks: Well adapted to arid to semi-arid savannah
