Body colour: Intensive red, sometimes yellowish, dark red, tiger

Head: Small, narrow, mug is dark coloured with some white hair around

Production traits

Milk production per lactation: 900-1500 kg

Remarks: Adapted to harsh environment; extensive grazing and low quality forage, excellent maternal traits and easy calving, survives well under minimum levels of management. In mountainous and hilly areas; very resistant to deseases, internal and external parasites
